Refund Policy
Unfortunately, We do not accept refunds considering products could be damaged after being put on, which we have no control over. What we best recommend to decrease any harm to the product is to make sure the Durag isn’t tied too tightly. As well as not pulling on the back flap too hard which will possibly make the Durag rip if not careful. Any other problems you may contact our email wearyarag@gmail.com. All Durags will be carefully looked over before shipping so there may be no issues for our customers when they receive their Durag.
